1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the purchase date.
2. Non-returnable Items
Certain products are exempt from being returned, including:
- Custom-mixed paints and adhesives
- Opened or used products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Clearance or final sale items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shopglueprod@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and return address if applicable.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund as appropriate.
