It is ideal for interior, low-glare applications and requires spray application for the best results, as brushing or rolling can lead to inconsistent sheen.
Mixing Ratios (By Volume):
- Flat Finish: 1 part Color Base + 1 part G3013 + 1 part Awlcat #2 Converter + 1 part Reducer (T0003 or T0002).
- Semi-Gloss Finish: 1 part Color Base + 1/2 part G3013 + 1 part Awlcat #2 Converter + 1 part Reducer (T0003 or T0002). [1, 2, 3]
Key Application Notes:
- Application: Spraying is highly recommended to avoid shear marks (uneven gloss).
- Temperature: For temperatures above \(68^{\circ}F\) (\(20^{\circ}C\)), use T0003 Reducer.
- Preparation: Thoroughly mix the color base and G3013 before adding converter, and strain with a 60-100 mesh strainer.
